Information Location Tracker: GPS Friends uses

Location Tracker: GPS Friends processes a device name, private account credentials, friend connections, sharing status, optional battery level, and your latest location when you enable sharing. Phone numbers entered during onboarding are not uploaded or stored.

How location sharing works

Your location is shared only with people you connect with and only while sharing is enabled. You may pause sharing, remove a friend, revoke location permission, or delete your synced account at any time.

Storage and security

App data is transmitted over HTTPS. Private device credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain. Saved places and alert zones are stored on your device.

Third-party services

The app uses Apple Maps, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, Meta App Events, and TikTok App Events. Those services are governed by the respective providers' privacy policies and terms.

Advertising

Free access is supported by Google interstitial and native ads. Google may process device identifiers, advertising data, and product interaction to deliver, prevent fraud, and measure ads. Firebase Analytics, Meta App Events, and TikTok App Events may measure installs and campaign performance when configured by the publisher. Personalized ads are used only when your consent and iOS tracking choice permit them. Active subscribers do not receive ads. Advertising identifiers are sent to configured advertising providers, not to the Location Tracker: GPS Friends synchronization server.

Your choices

You can manage location and tracking permissions in iOS Settings, reopen applicable ad privacy choices in the app, manage subscriptions in your App Store account, and use Delete synced account in the app to remove server account data.
